CHANCE OF A REFUND.

THERE IS NO ONE TO SIGN FOR THE PALLET THERE WILL BE A REDELIVERY
SURCHARGE OR THE PALLET WOULD NEED COLLECTING FROM THE DELIVERY HUB
AS THE PALLETS CAN NOT BE LEFT.
